Student & Member Self-Service Portal Guide
How students and horse owners can book lessons, cancel bookings, and view receipts from their smartphones.
The Member Portal is the self-service area that allows students and horse owners to manage bookings, documents, and payments independently, directly from their smartphone.
It is not an app to download from a store: it is a Web App accessible from any browser.

How to log in
- The student receives the portal link from the center (e.g. app.stable-pro.com/portal).
- They enter their email and password provided by the office.
- After login, they access their personal area.
Access is protected with standard email + password credentials. Members with the portal.access role only see the sections relevant to them.
Member Portal home with the Quick access panel (Lessons, Payments, Earnings, Horses, Profile) and upcoming lessons
The main screen
After login the home page opens, with the Quick access panel. Which items appear depends on the permissions the office has given that person:
- Lessons — lesson calendar and history; shows how many lessons are coming up.
- Payments — their own deadlines and payments; shows how many payments are pending.
- Earnings — staff only: earnings for lessons taught.
- Horses — their horses and their records; flags overdue health treatments.
- Profile — personal data and settings; warns if the medical certificate is missing or expired.
Further down there is Your lessons, with the upcoming lessons, and — for those allowed to enroll on their own — Enroll in a lesson.
Notifications, if the stable has enabled them, are not a Quick access item: they open from the user menu at the top right (on a smartphone, from the side menu).
Enrolling in a lesson
- Open Lessons. If the stable allows online enrollment, the page has two tabs: Available and My lessons.
- The Available tab only shows lessons that are open for enrollment, have not started yet and still have a free place.
- Click Enroll me on the lesson you want.
The first open lessons also appear on the home page, under Enroll in a lesson, with the same button.
If the lesson has no price and the member has nothing that covers it, online enrollment is refused with the message "This lesson cannot be booked online. Please contact the stable."
Cancelling an enrollment
- Open the lesson and click Cancel enrollment, then confirm.
- The limit is fixed in the app: within 24 hours of the start of the lesson cancellation is no longer possible. It is not a notice period the stable can configure.
- A lesson that has already been paid cannot be cancelled from the portal either: in that case the office has to do it.
Viewing your profile
In the Profile section, students can:
- Check the status of their medical certificate (Valid, Expiring soon, Expired or Missing) and, if the stable allows it, upload a new one.
- Review their personal data, emergency contact, consents and the documents uploaded for them.
- Turn on calendar sync and download a copy of their personal data.
The history of lessons attended is not in the profile: it is in Lessons, with the Show past lessons switch.
Downloading receipts
Receipts are not in the profile, they are in the Payments section.
Open the item you are interested in: for every payment recorded there is a Download document button, with the date and the amount. The PDF summarises that payment and carries the note "Non-fiscal document — not valid for tax purposes".
Tip: students can save the portal icon to their phone's home screen for quick access, just like a regular app.
