Health Section Overview
Track horse health interventions: vaccination recalls, farrier visits, and due dates.
The Health section manages horse medical records, helping you never miss a deadline.
Health Section Overview
The main screen offers a comprehensive overview of all scheduled health interventions in your stable:
- Top Statistics: four summary cards show at a glance Overdue interventions, those in the Next 7 days, scheduled for This month, and the Total. Clicking a card narrows the list down to those interventions.
- Search & Filters: filter by keyword, horse Groups, Intervention Type (Farrier, Physiotherapist, Dentist, Vaccination, etc.), Status (Pending, Overdue, Next 7 days, This month, All), and sort by date, next due date, horse, or event type.
- Show Completed Toggle: include or hide previously completed interventions.
- Intervention List: each row displays the category with its icon, associated horse, due date, and amount.
Managing Interventions from the List
By hovering or clicking on any intervention row:
- Click the settings gear icon ⚙️ on the right side of the row to open the context menu.
- From here you can:
- Open the horse profile by clicking its name.
- Click Edit to modify intervention details.
- Click Delete to remove the entry.
Viewing Details and Marking as Done
Clicking a row opens the Intervention Detail modal:
- Displays the date, horse, owners, attending professional, and price.
- Mark as Done: click the green Performed button to archive the treatment as completed. The button only appears from the day of the intervention onwards: on an intervention that is still scheduled you find, in its place, the note that it can be marked as done from that date.
- Edit / Cancel: update details or close without changes.

What about member medical certificates?
They are not here: the Health section only covers horses. People's medical certificates are uploaded elsewhere:
- On the member's profile, in the Medical Certificates box. The same box is on a staff member's profile.
- From the Member Portal, where the member can upload their own certificate, if their access allows it.
An expired or missing certificate is always flagged and never blocks anything: there is no level to configure. The warning appears as a tag (Certificate expired, Certificate expiring, Certificate missing) in the member list and on the lesson participant rows, and as the Cert. Expiry box on the dashboard.
Tip: use the Health dashboard filters at the beginning of each month to coordinate farrier and vet visits efficiently.
